Corporate background
Pegmaris was founded in 2002 by the core management team of Exactium, Inc. From 1991 to 2000, Exactium was recognized as the leading provider of interactive selling solutions optimized for the Internet and Microsoft platforms. At the heart of Exactium’s business was the ability to transform knowledge into interactive business solutions, making complex engineering and marketing data into easy to understand products and services. In an effort to merge the core configuration and interactive selling capabilities into its own product line, Pivotal Corporation, a leading CRM solution provider for mid-sized enterprises and a subsidiary of CDC Software (NASDAQ: CHINA), acquired Exactium in 2000.
This technology developed by Exactium remains a cornerstone of Pivotal’s product line. More than 1,800 companies around the world have licensed Pivotal products including: Sharp Electronics Corporation, Centex Homes, Premera Blue Cross, WCI Communities, Qiagen, and WellCare Health Plans.
Today, Pegmaris has several Patents Pending for a number of different technological innovations. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Pegmaris is a privately held company.
